Clear plan and timeline
A 25% deposit secures your spot on our schedule. We establish a clear timeline and ensure you know exactly what is happening and when before our crew sets foot on site.
Final Walkthrough
Our in-house crew completes the job to spec and leaves your property spotless. Chris personally inspects every project and completes a final walkthrough with you before the remaining 75% balance is invoiced.
